A safe space to heal from trauma, release the past, and deepen your connection to your true self.

You’ve been surviving. Now, it’s time to arrive.

Deciding to seek therapy is an act of immense courage. It isn't easy to open up to someone, especially when carrying the heavy weight of past experiences.

If you are carrying the burden of childhood abuse, recent trauma, or relational wounds, you might find yourself constantly on guard. Perhaps anxiety, depression, or deep-seated trust issues are dictating your daily life, leaving you feeling disconnected from your emotions, your body, and the people you love.

You do not have to carry this alone anymore.

My Approach: Human First, Therapist Second

With almost a decade of experience and now specializing in trauma and PTSD, I provide a safe, nurturing, and collaborative space where deep healing can actually take place.

My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Together, we will look at your journey through an attachment lens to understand how your past influences your present relationships. We will also incorporate EMDR, parts work, and somatic (body-based) practices to help you understand your mind-body connection and release the stress your body has been storing.

In our sessions, you can expect a space that is:

  • Warm & Nurturing: You will always be met with genuine kindness and compassion.

  • Gentle yet Challenging: I will gently push you toward growth while completely respecting your pace.

  • Directive & Collaborative: We aren't just sitting in silence; we are actively working together to build emotional regulation, self-compassion, and lasting resilience.
